Can anyone shed some light on what would be the possible outcome of a closed door informal meeting in UNSC and how it can be termed as a great victory for Pakistan? Will it force India to withdraw its decision of revoking article 370 and 35A again?

It is not a victory. The only victory is the UNSC will discuss Kashmir again after 50 years. That is all. Unfortunately many Pakistanis on PDF are jumping with joy with this. Pakistan is in very dangerous situation. Her economy is in tatters after the previous governments. She has an anti-Pakistan government in Kabul to her West, to her East there is the rabid extremist Modi in Dehli with 500,000 of his troops in Kashmir. Pakistan's water supply is gonna get tight. She does not have the conventional power to fight on both fronts. USA is not gonna help her. Neither will Russia. Maybe China will or will not. Best thing for Pakistan is to make a truce with Modi and ensure that her waters are protected, allow Kashmiris to be refugees in Pakistan if they want or let them stay with Bharat. If Pakistan goes down the nuclear route, well that is M.A.D. She has limited options...

It's greatest help from China again and they help us to show Kashmir issue is not Indian internal matter. We all know the outcome of conference. But, it is great win for Pakistan. It's lesson for Pakistani people and lot to learn.
