The resolution should have been targeted against Pakistan as it is the most vulnerable target for terrorists to get hold of nukes.Dont want trolling as the current political scenario states this.

It should have targeted specifically India due the tendencies of Indian weapons blowing spontanously posing a grave threat to world peace and safety and adding fuel to fire with a mass murderer and terrorist as India's PM,the world should specifically not ignore this threat...and i am posting this not with the intention of counter-trolling,just keeping in mind the harsh reality which evolved in front of our eyes...
