Unfriendly India is a hurdle for foreigners

Why ? Because Pakistan is a FRIENDLY NATION and hence don't need to be added to the list of "Unfriendly nation list".

It doesn't matter, you have to keep a narrow view on the survey. Tourism and foreigners are major source of revenue for Thailand. Any kind of hostility against any foreigner will affect everyone there. Hence the ease one finds there.

You hustle a foreigner or two in India or in the US, it won't matter too much. Hence the over-friendliness in Thailand in comparison to other countries. I am only surprised why Norway is not up there at the top.

Visiting is ok, but imagine living there. I was there for a week and wanted to get the heck out of there.

Are you sure???Bangkok,phuket,pataya,chiang mai, and krabi island are place that loved by all tourist around the world somemore many tourist live there for a half year to 1 year to enjoy their life there.I have been to krabi island and pattaya,which are place that definately need to go when visit thailand.I think those place are better than any city in india,isnt?I mean their entertainment are lot of fun,you know wht i mean.

I don't know about you, but when I go to a pub I like to have a beer without being hassled by a lady boy and drug dealers. To each his own eh? It might have been ok at some stage, but Thailand is bit too sleazy and "fun" for my liking.

same here friend i m also quit surpise by the ranking list . There must be some flows other wise there some countries which must be there on top of hospitality list.

he did not read the article before posting for sure. tourists are increasing every year in india. but we need to do more on tourism infrastructures.
