That's crazy... you cannot use people as human shields..

The fencing at the border must be completed, offer all the tribal villages at the border a visa to Pakistan, etc. Solidify the fence, build checkpoints, and surveillance equipment.

Ask the centeal govt to accept the boarders AGAIN
Why has the govt done this

Because both IEA and pakistan wants IEA to get a stronger hold on its subgroups
