It's a neutral statement, but your insecurities getting the better of you.
How about you return the US$12bn you got from them, then open your mouth about Arabs.
Please do explain what free lunches you are giving Arabs?
Don't point a finger at yourself, when you have everyone else to blame for your snooze mode.
Can someone highlight, what has this guy contributed to the Kashmir cause besides rhetoric?

Insecurities? Neutral statement ? Ok let's reverse the situation, how about, if Iran annex a disputed Island on which both UAE and IRAN lay its claim. And You know dialogue and negotiations will achieve zero result. And UAE and IRAN is on the cusp of military skrimish and Pakistan instead of Backing UAE say this,
""the need to use dialogue for maintaining peace, security and stability in the region".
He also expressed the UAE's confidence in the wisdom of the leaderships of both India and Pakistan and their ability to "overcome this crisis through communication and constructive dialogue, away from escalation and confrontation"
How would you feel ? I bet your feelings wont be neutral at all. UAE insecurities are at play h. They know they can't intimidate their Best Buddy Modi. Hence asking Pakistan to show restrain. Classic hypocritical move.
