There was a similar news about Indian tanks being provided to Nepal....Can any member please tell me what the heck Nepal is going to do with Tanks??? Who are their enemies and against whom are they going to pitch these tanks???

On top of this, PLA will now change name to China Army, like wise PLAN to China Navy - ships will now have CNS "name", and PLAAF will now be china airforce.

its just the translation i think; look at the shoulder patches. in Chinese it'll still be known as the 中国人民解放军.
