Jesus, letting one entity control the production of all small ammunition and arms has to be the dumbest thing ever. Let companies like Bharat Forge produce the small arms/artillery/etc, as well as the ammunition for it!! All these stupid restrictions. How many times have you heard of the news of shortage of ammunition, and quality problems as well? No shit, you have one entity controlling the production for a million++ armed force!
