For example a youtube video you must copy the link and click on toolbar film icon and insert the link.

Example foto. Right click on a photo you will see. "Eigenschaften". Click and you will see the photo link with photo ( maybe jpg. Png or else). Just mark the whole link and copy then paste in toolbar for photo ..
