Any time frame when do these platforms be tested?

Launching a 1.5 ton payload to 700km is quite a task for a relatively new rocketary body like Rokestan.

I believe we will get ukranian help.We have a lot of partnership with ukraine and SLV can be one of them but there is no official statement.Its just my opinion.

I guess slv will be ready around 2022.Again this is also my opinion.

Might be be using the multi-spectral sensor which makes the colours look a bit "wrong". Google Earth shows more greenery in the city areas:
