TÜMOL, TÜBİTAK has developed a national laser gun that can be mounted on the national rifle MPT 76. Rifle Mounted Laser (TÜMOL). It can send half an hour laser light up to 150 meters. There is a power supply inside a 14 kg backpack.

Judging by the nails is a "she" not a "he",probably some model.But yeah the photo should have been done a bit better,considering it is some promo material.
