“And the shipment happened,” Erdem added. “Because no one stopped them. That’s why maybe the sarin gas used in Syria is a result of this.”

Speaking to RT, Erdem said that according to some evidence Turkish Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation was also involved, with some unconfirmed reports pointing in the direction of a government cover up, with Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdag’s involvement.

Certain evidence suggests Bozdag wanted to know beforehand from the sarin gas producer when and if the Islamists will use the chemical weapon.

“When I read the indictment, I saw clearly that these people have relationships with The Machinery and Chemical Industry Institution of Turkey and they don’t have any worries about crossing the border. For example in Hayyam Kasap's phone records, you hear him saying sarin gas many times, saying that the ateliers are ready for production, materials are waiting in trucks which were supposedly carrying club soda,” he told RT.

10 ton. Fvck that lies. Even Hitler was able only to produce 40 tons up to 1944 but never used it.

Bullshit

A United Nations report released on Monday confirmed that a deadly chemical arms attack caused a mass killing in Syria last month and for the first time provided extensive forensic details of the weapons used, which strongly implicated the Syrian government.

CHP deputy chairman: Gov’t employing ‘Sri Lanka model’ in Southeast with curfews

237320.jpg

With its harsh security policies and curfews, the Turkish government is applying the “Sri Lanka model” in its fight against the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the southeastern provinces of Turkey, main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) Deputy Chairman Sezgin Tanrıkulu said at a press conference in Parliament on Monday.

Speaking to reporters at the conference, Tanrıkulu noted that there have been more than 300 days of curfews in 17 districts of different provinces in the Southeast, where people are prevented from leaving their homes even to fulfil their basic needs. “It is the same policy as Sri Lanka's in 2006,” he said.

The Sri Lankan military defeated the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE, also known as the Tamil Tigers) in May 2009, following four bloody wars with the LTTE, who had fought to create an independent Tamil state called Tamil Eelam in north and east Sri Lanka. More than 4,000 people, including security forces, LTTE members and civilians, were killed during conflicts in 2006.

Underlining that the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) asked Turkey to submit a defense statement for the ongoing curfews in southeastern towns on Jan. 1, Tanrıkulu said that Turkey will face huge fines from the ECtHR if it fails to explain and lift the curfews.

“As has happened in Turkey, the Sri Lankan government rejected negotiations [with the LTTE] in 2006. The newly elected president [Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka] wiped out all the gains made during the peace process [with the LTTE] and took his country into civil war. All Tamilans were declared enemies like the Kurds in today's Turkey. The government enforces criminal law, which is supposed to be imposed on our enemies, on [Kurdish] people in Sur, Silopi and Cizre,” Tanrıkulu added.

Well Sri Lanka is the only country that destroyed a terrorist separatist group since the early 20th century when Colonial Britain vanquished the Malay uprising and at that one of the most ruthless, Rischest and most well funded in the LTTE , So the Turkish government is doing something right in my opinion

Also ther are so many misconceptions of this guys speech..

GOSL never rejected the negotiations.. IT was the LTTE that withdrew from talks and destroyed a waterway that deprived tens and thousands of people their livelihood and the GOSL had to intervene to safeguard thier lives, Hence the start of the IV Eelam war and to the end of the conflict

Tamil people were not declared enemies of the state, That claim is preposterous to say the least, Only those living in the LTTE controlled north was affected directly by the war, More than 50% of the Sri Lanka Tamil population lived among the rest in the Government controlled areas, without any issues

Btw since the end of the conflict in 2009, Not a single Sri Lankan had been a casualty of conflict.. So let the dogs bark.. Turkey need to do whats best for the majority of it's citizens
