At the end, US will leave and that power vacuum will be filled by Turkey and Assad. If Turkey could get in Raqqa before Assad that could be so good. But Tabqa dam and the town cannot be reached by us faster than Assad, it's just so close to SAA forces.

I wonder who will reach and capture Hasaka first. My own prediction is that Ayn Issa-Hasaka line will be the new borderline between the Turks and Assad.
