Is the tomb of Suleyman Shah a priority? I remember you guys moved his grave to safe territory a couple of years ago but still its better if he can be restored to his original tomb.

Suleyman Shah Tomb in Kobane (Ayn el arab) so it is a different issue, those PYD scums use there for rise up Kurdish people, Many of Kurdish people supporting our operations novadays but some balances can change anytime, because PYD plan to make some tricks by killing civilian with bombs and chemicals after that PYD will blame Turkey about that Turkey kill civilians.

PYD can effect Kurdish populations in the region skillfully, they allways do tricks if Kurdish people dont support them they kill and pressure. PYD successfully on its way by assitance of USA,UK and Germany, you can see that west allways supporting them against Turkey. as we know they dont want Strong Turkey and Strong ME Coutnries so that they can divide and exploit us.

However Turkish army wait for suitable time, i think we will capture first west side and after that we will be focus on east side.

Iran/Turkey/Russia has agreed to wipe off YPG/PYD off the map, because its a threat to all the entities there. Syrian regime, Turkish government and Iranian government.

We're not there yet, bro. Despite all the recent lies and empty promises of the ypg and the US, attacking ypg in the east of the Euphrates might get tricky with the US, especially considering they have their advisors and other personnel there. If our army and govt calls the US' bluff, attacks the ypg in the east too and US decides to leave ypg there too, then i want to see Salih Muslim's face and comments on twitter haha.

New offensive in northern Iraq

Ankara's forces staged more attacks in northern Syria on Monday, striking 20 targets 61 times in Syria in the last 24 hours. At least 25 "terrorists" were killed, officials said, insisting that their army was making sure no civilians were hurt.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights however, at least 40 people were killed in Turkish shelling in areas controlled by pro-Kurdish militia. Turkey says it will continue its strikes unless the Kurdish YPG withdraws to the eastern bank of the Euphrates River.

The country has also launched airstrikes against the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in northern Iraq, Turkey's state-run Anadolu news agency said. Air force jets launched strikes on Monday morning in Gara, northern Iraq. The targets were "destroyed."

The PKK, branded a terrorist group by Ankara, is based in the Qandil Mountains of northern Iraq. The organization has been held responsible for many attacks on security forces in Turkey's restive southeast.

We want to make clear that we find these clashes unacceptable and they are a source of deep concern," Cook said on Monday. "This is an already crowded battle space. Accordingly, we are calling on all armed actors to stand down immediately and take appropriate measures to de-conflict," he added.

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — The U.S. on Monday urged Turkish troops and Kurdish forces in northern Syria to halt their fighting, saying it hinders efforts to defeat the Islamic State group. But Turkey's president vowed to press ahead with the military operation until the IS and Kurdish Syrian fighters no longer pose a security threat to Ankara.

It was the first U.S. criticism of its NATO ally since it launched a U.S.-backed incursion into northern Syria to help Syrian rebels seize the town of Jarablus from the Islamic State group. They have been clashing with Kurdish Syrian forces around the town to try to halt their advance.

US should keep promise over PYD, former US ambassador says

James Jeffrey, the U.S. ambassador to Turkey from 2008 to 2010, said that the U.S. failed to keep its promise to Turkey on the retreat of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) to the east of the Euphrates, in an interview with BBC Radio yesterday.

"Based on my 35 years of experience, if you do not keep your promise to the Turks, you will regret it," Jeffrey said in his evaluation of the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army's (FSA) operation against Daesh in Jarablus, Euphrates Shield. Referring to U.S. Vice President Joe Biden's promise to Turkish authorities about the PYD's retreat to the east of the Euphrates during his last visit to Ankara, Jeffrey said that the presence of the PYD, which is the Syrian-offshoot of the PKK, listed as a terrorist organization by both the U.S. and EU, is a clear menace to Turkey.

Jeffrey went on to say that the PYD's aims go beyond fighting Daesh, claiming the organization has also long been trying to a establish a "Kurdish corridor" through to the Mediterranean Sea. "Turkey is fighting both this threat and Daesh, and the U.S. officially said they are supporting Turkey's battle," he said.

The Turkish military launched Euphrates Shield, a cross-border operation, on Aug. 24 along with the U.S.-led coalition in Syria's northern border city of Jarablus to clear the area of the Daesh terror organization. Until now, more than 100 Daesh terrorists have been killed in Jarablus and the numerous villages around.
