If you are a Turk, you should still know Turkish, but you don't. Just because there were Turkic ruling dynasties in modern day Pakistan some 500 years ago, doesn't make you a Turk. You are not a Turk my friend.
I trace my lineage to Turks (Mughal/Babur,) this is why I can identify as a Turk. It is in my bloodline, being nobles and commanders of Mughal armies which ruled Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, BD for 500 years.
It has nothing to do with your convoluted requirements. Turks who emigrated to Egypt and Syria became Arabic speakers. During Islamic conquest all Muslim Mujahideen melded together with the local population adopting Pukhto, Punjabi, Kashmiri, etc.
Even outside of my family, Pakistanis on average have 10% Turkish blood, rest is mostly Iranic (Aryan, Scythian, Kushan, Hepthalite) and ancient IVC.
If we look historically, Ottoman and Mughal empires were both allies and friends of each other, our friendly relationship carried on into the modern states of Turkey and Pakistan respectively. Our founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a great admirer of Ataturk.
Even before the founding of Pakistan from the British empire, we organized the Khilafat movement to pressure the British, mutinied at Gallipoli to join the Turks defending their country, and our womenfolk gave all their jewelry to Sultan Abdul Hamid II to help Turkey organize its war effort against European nations.
Our relations and friendship go back hundreds of years.
In comparison to Iran, we remember only Safavi betrayals and Nadirshah demolishing our Mughals, stealing Peacock throne, Koh e Noor, Darya e Noor, leading to British occupation.
