Turkish Navy to be in strongest position with major Projects

Turkish Parliament decided CASUS BELLI ( War ) in 1995

if Greece try to increase its territorial water from 6 nm to 7-8-9-10-11-12 nm
then the war will begin
It's not just about the 12 nm in the Aegean, the Turkish government has a lot more demands.

Greece is not archipelagic state
Islands can not block Turkish mainland ... its international law

1.Turkey does not abide by international law, that is the Law of the Sea. You haven't signed it.
2.Even if you had signed UNCLOS,you wouldn't be getting 50-50 according to the provisions concerning islands.

Greece has a lot more demands ..... and nothing to do with international law
On the contrary,Turkey is the one that demands "demilitarisation" of the islands based on false claims and invalid arguments,
demands an EEZ that reaches Libya, while ignoring the Greek islands, demands that Greek Cypriots share the profit from their gas and oil fields with the Turkish Cypriots (or Turkey),because as the Turkish side claims "it's one island",even though they advocate for a two-State solution. On top of all that,it's Turkey that also wants Greece not to modernize the Armed Forces and "not fly military aircraft" over or near Muslim villages in Thrace (lol).

Greece has been doing everything according to international law, carefully and by the book.

Turkey's 50-50 is this.....

Accordance International Law, the following procedure is followed:

1- Initial talks between the two states based on the basis of reciprocity and good neighborliness.
2- If the talks fail, then they continue based on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS).
3- If a country disagree or does not accept the Law of the Sea, then both they go to International Courts.
4- If a country does not even accept the jurisdiction of the International Courts or the other is politically deaf and blind, then it threatens, invades, bullying and act as the troublemaker of the region.

Guess which country is this?

Islands don't block the Turkish mainland, merchant ships come and go. The problem is that even for Kastellorizo, when we could probably find a logical solution, you do not want to sit down and discuss.

Turkey's 50-50 is this.....

International law is clear

-- Greece is not archipelagic state
-- Islands can not block Turkish mainland
-- Islands can not generate maritime jurisdiction area

10 km tiny Island can not block 783.562 km² Turkish mainland

therefore British Jersey Island did not generate maritime jurisdiction area .. just 22 km away from French mainland

as international law
Turkiye additionally argues that if a country is composed entirely of islands, these would give rise to areas of maritime jurisdiction, but that a continental country’s maritime jurisdiction should be based on the mainland, and not islands.

so the argument that an island of 10 km2 located only 2 km away from Turkiye and 580 km from the Greek mainland should generate a continental shelf area of 40.000 square km is neither rational nor in line with international law

still dreaming about 10 km2 Kastellerizo Island

Turkiye never allow anyone to steal even 1 km2 from MAVI VATAN
even USA-France can not do it

You repeat the same flawed argument,we have shown you numerous times what the Law of the Sea says, but you ignore it.

It's like showing you that it's day and you go like "I say again, the sun doesn't come out in the day!"

What else is there to say? You're stuck in a false narration and repeat it constantly, like a parrot. You don't admit your mistakes and thefore you don't learn.

Ignore him, he’s hitting the Koolaid hard:

And you consider dBSPL a "FETO" anti-Erdogan traitor. I've quoted UNCLOS to you before,Akritas has quoted UNCLOS to you before,he has shown you the exact parts that prove your claims wrong and you completely ignored it,you just went on with the usual nationalistic rant.

Is this why you complain and nag about HAF gaining a radar lock on your aircraft?
