The “İ” Class Frigates will be equipped with a 16 cell Mk-41 VLS for a total of 64 ESSMs, 16 Harpoon Block I/II and ATMACA surface to surface/land attack missiles, and network enabled combat management system namely “GENESIS ADVENT”.

Atmaca is anti ship what do they mean land attack ? Maybe they mean surface to surface by it. Like how al anti ships are surface to surface or air to surface

I don't know if it's a deliberate feature with ATMACA but just about all anti-ship missiles have some limited land attack capability, even those without any INS/GPS which ATMACA reportedly does have as part of its guidance kit. As far as the missile is concerned there's not much difference between a docked ship doing a port visit and a strategic target like an oil refinery located near the shoreline. And with a 200 kg warhead you can bet your arse ATMACA can deal a serious blow to whatever land-based target of opportunity it strikes.

200 kg warhead will deliver a similar yield to two Mk 81 bombs. (119 kg each)
