not enough, we have russian fleeth other side. Fast attack craft against greec perfect solution, in the open sea you need bigger ships, so are we in numbers of ships good? More submarines is the solution ore more ships.

I don't know who made it... I just saw it in one of the threads about Egypt's military developments (which are pretty impressive btw), decided it's an interesting map and shared it with you guys.

Roketsan develops new capsule to launch Sub-Harpoons, Atmaca and later Gezgin from torpedo tubes of Turkish submarines.

This revolutionary capsule will protect our subs to be detected, cause our subs won't need to dive up to periscope depth for launch. Missiles will be fired far away from the subs. This will be great. Thank you Roketsan.

Luckily Turk in Mediteranian, here in Pacific we got sandwiched between giants like China, Japan, India ego in which churns out new destroyer corvettes and frigates like no tomorrow
Indonesia has the potential to become a blue water navy country and eventually it will be,nothing to worry.

There is also the french, spaniards and italians on the west side :D and they have massive navies aswell

Spain wants to join the TF-2000 project. After TCG Anadolu they want to expand cooperation with Turkey.
It has been a year since STM drooling over TF2000, but we shouldnt forget all knowledge STM has got, acquired from navy shipyards, when its the fact and STM isnt strong enough to handle a whole design of a navy vessel , Spain wouldnt be joining.
It could be counted as repost since Navantia has already expressed the company's interest in the project over a year ago, and STM has also spoken in the matter yet tried to impress the Secretariat with a silly, non functional and exactly plagiarized frigate design. If BMC gets the Altay tank, we can be assured STM and Sedef shipyard will get the TF2000 and our so called national air warfare frigate will be design of Navantia, and we will let our shining engineers to be idle, not working as they are supposed to be and loose the ability of the design progress that we have gained in a painful 10 years for Milgem.

So what is the issue here

Turkey has the manpower but politics ?

STM is to blame?
