It's most likely undergoing maintenance in the drydock, I would say although the picture is not sharp 90% that it is an LCT ship

Another reason it can not be LCT; front of that ship is V shaped but if it was a LCT it's front should've been flat...

@Nutuk i considered about painting , LCT wont receive such massive maintenance ,it looks like a ship recently building ( due to colors ) and the bow side is narrow than LCT. But still it might be due to angle of view and it is actually wider, especially about length ,you are right.

@Neptune , mate i also felt like there is a bridge on backward side and space allocated for helipad is too short . But i considered it is in building stage, and they will complete the bridge. About auxillary ship ,which one has that size ? Water tanker?

If this is not milgem,then where the hell milgem :)

I don't think it looks like F-513. Based on the shadows fell from bridge, bridge height seems higher than that of Ada-class and also placed more backwards. Seemed more like an auxiliary vessel for the Navy.

@isoo @Penguin

What am I looking at and where?

Pendik now on the map... What i see and understand is there are 2 ships on the slipway... 1 of them at left is smaller and i think bigger one on the right is MİLGEM... To compare size the one in blue is YTKB... Sure i can be wrong... What do you think ?.. Also what can be the other one ? I mean the small one on the left...

Neither of the ships in the red square look like combat ships or landing ships to me. Respective lengths are about 80m and 50m, beams about 16,5m and 10m. They look more like commercial vessel e.g. trawlers or offshore ships. Or auxiliary veseels.

The first two vessels were built at the Istanbul Naval Shipyard Command and remaining vessels will be constructed at private Turkish shipyards. Turkey-based STM has appointed by the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries (SSM) to procure materials, services and systems for the project.
...
The Milgem corvette has an overall length of 99m, a waterline length of 90.5m, a beam of 14.4m and a design draft of 3.6m. The displacement of the vessel is 2,000t. The ship can be fully operated at the sea state 5. It can accommodate 93 crew members, including the air crew.

Check Gölcük Naval Shipyard or Pendik Naval Shipyard?

Yeah. I don't know but as you said It is too small to be a DZKK tanker, also don't think it's a surface combatant. Any possibility of YTKB on the construction?

YTKB's built in Dearsan shipyard ,its in tuzla shipyards . I consider this ship as being built rather than in overhaul. But my screen is small , so i dont trust my own opinion :) .

@Penguin , the pictures are already from pendik naval shipyard. The project has changed to built 3rd and 4th ship in pendik naval shipyard. Thats why we look to this picture ,it might be a commercial vessel too.

Istanbul shipyard is a private shipyard , because pendik shipyard is called as " istanbul tershanesi komutanlığı " it is often confused with istanbul shipyard.

iso is there a possibility of different building way ? I mean we see they add blocks 1 by 1 on slipway... Is it different on dry dock ?.. I mean is there something like building the ship starting from bottom to top.... Like buildings... If it's like that then 79 m is possible... Most probably they are @ low of MİLGEM... I mean red line is shorter then MİLGEM but when it finishes it reaches blue line's length... Or did i fabricate smthing stupid ?..

in the picture it seems like the deck part is done. So it represents the full length which is 99 meter for milgem. Thats why it is not milgem if there is no scale mistake in map.
Below red line we will able to see bulb ,an extension . So i more assumed it is about blue line . So that is not milgem. :(

Do you think it is normal ?.. We passed half of 2015 and still we can not see MİLGEM under construction... Actually we see NO MİLGEM not even a single part... Do you think there is enough time for delivery date ? If i'm not wrong 3rd ship's delivery date was 2017... Or 2018 ?..

BTW here is the resized pic...

this article dated at '03-2015' and says 'construction has already began'. What is the date of google maps image? . In closer shoot, the stern deck more seems to be auxillary vessel.
I also found a good info in the article ;
"MİLGEM Projesi ile teknolojik ve askeri açıdan kritik sistemlerde millilik gerçekleştirilmiş, bu kapsamda ilk kez yurtiçi kurum/kuruluşlar tarafından milli imkanlarla geliştirilen sonar, top atış kontrol sistemi, düşük yakalanma olasılıklı (LPI) radar, stabilize makinalı tüfek (STAMP), geminin manyetik izini azaltıcı degaussing sistemi, kızıl ötesi iz yönetimi ve lazer ikaz sistemi gibi geleceğe ışık tutan çok önemli atılımlar yapılmıştır."

so there is active degaussing in milgem , we have discussed about this before @Neptune.

@Penguin, i dont think a naval shipyard will waste time on trawler while there are other works to do , ie awaiting repairs, overhauls and critical constructions like milgem.

Those 'şeritler' on the road must be either 300 or 450cm long but most likely 300cm long, it seems like lenght of that ship takes 10 to 11 şerit
