The location is wrong, your map points somewhere between RMK and SEDEF , which doesnt exist. I cant see many details related to LST in here the time of photo capture might be long time really. I think we can see block of LST next to LST on the slipway which is about to be lifted and erected.
About construction progress its hard to give exact fraction , but major time is separated for tests and system integration rather than steel work and block preparing, mounting up. To give an example a commercial ship can be delivered in 11 months and in steel work they are 4 times of LST due to size. so basically 3/10 for total steel work , 2/10 installation of subsystems 5/10 for integration of systems and total tests (i can remember exact numbers but Coast Guards in RMK marine sailed to 60-80 tests with issues or ove 200 tests.)
@xxxKULxxx i explained why we cant simply give fractions it will make no sense because the process isnt like a chain, but its more like a tree. In fact the diagram is complicated and each sections have more detailed sub process, but i prepared the simpliest one with rough distribution.
Here illustrations are;
Protoype timeline , NOTE! the timeline above is scaled down to 12 unit, each one may refer to a scale up depends on project. Also the fractions are approximate and not exact.
There is one ship ;prototype case , there will be only a ship to build eventhough there is multiple slipways.

There 2 ships to be build but shipyard got one slipway hold , So timeline will be shifted especially on slipway time.View attachment 237227
Scenario 2 , NOTE! the timeline above is scaled down to 12 unit, each one may refer to a scale up depends on project. Also the fractions are approximate and not exact.
There 2 ships to be build but shipyard got 2 slipway hold , So timeline will be compressed around the spent on slipway their launchs will have slight time difference, both might be accepted due to experience gained and applied in 2nd ship ,time spent on 2nd ship will shorten.

Here is the picture of map, it "seems" to be LST because picture is from 1-1.5 years ago

About TF2000 , as i hope it will be in model testing in 2 years , and after those test we can say there is 1-1.5 year to begin construction.
Where is Milgem 3. construction?
Dude i guess they heard us and updated the map... LST is on the slipway...
The map your posted..

Good news its sure there is something ,but are the 2 ships simultaneously,or just one? Up and down side there are blocks and seems like one side is painted deck ,or slipway?
Anyway i am on mobile during this times so i may not post pictures and do sophisticated things else than text my hi tect nokia e6 phone doesnt let something
maybe you can also find pendik shipyard and show that if milgem is on slipway but i think its still in block stage due to awaiting purchases. I would willing to do that but i am on mobile .
Also, to adik i ll look for a technical trip to see by my eyes how is the progress
iyi bayramlar.
Pendik now on the map... What i see and understand is there are 2 ships on the slipway... 1 of them at left is smaller and i think bigger one on the right is MİLGEM... To compare size the one in blue is YTKB... Sure i can be wrong... What do you think ?.. Also what can be the other one ? I mean the small one on the left...

It is not Milgem, the size is 79m = LCT ship
Milgem is 99m
It can not be LCT because LCT constructions are finished already and Navy didn't built them but ADİK built them... Maybe it's length is 79 m because currently they are constructing lower part and when they will reach upper part it will reach 99,5 m... Construcion type can be different because as isoo said it's on dry dock... They are not building it on slipway... @isoo can give the best answer...
I looked on the Pictures . Is it possible that it is Kilic class boat refurbishment ?
F-513 Burgazada - keel laid down 2013 in NAVYs ISTANBUL SHIPYARD , F-514 in cue
main machines will be delivered from STM Defence and will have the following design

Eline sağlık ,teşekkür ederim.
It looks like milgem, but i think pendik shipyard builds ships in drydock ,instead of on slipway . It seems like they are placing upper blocks.
The blue one might be YTKB or FAC , receiving overhaul. But i havent seen the 4th ship, when they will begin to that ,they have space in drydock
@bismark , @xxxKULxxx posted pictures of milgem, (possibly )
