Satellite. Turkish military has dedicated channels/transponders on all the Turksat series of satellites. But data link is only necessary for certain modes of operation. Missiles are smart enough to pick targets based on certain target signatures (infrared, location, size, velocity, etc) Laser guidance doesn't require a data link either. How would you control the missile from far distances?
We don't need US source codes. We've developed an indigenous mission computer with our own source codes. It's been years, folks. Please get with the program.
We'll even start using some of our F-16s as testbeds for the upcoming Aselsan AESA radar soon. Our goal is complete and absolute INDEPENDENCE from US equipment.

No m8, it will need US permission and even then would be unlikely. If US wants to approve something they want you to buy it off them. With US permission, could PAF F-16s go through this Turkish upgrade? It seems to be cheaper and more reliable long term fix that can address the Rafale threat, especially if Pakistan is able to procure 1-2 F-16 squadrons from the market.

Derp I meant it would need US permission, my bad.Why wouldn’t it need US permission?

You think Pakistan's jets could get a TAI upgrade without US approval seriously?Do not talk nonsense you keep something without any knowledge continuously child, neither Turkey nor TAI are not like ur Arab friends who met F16's in 2010s.

In that case I assume America would offer them Block 70 upgrade altogether to make a profit.
Turkey can do this, I never said it couldn't. But if US approved upgrades it would want to make as much money as possible by upgrading in America.can do and not to do is a different thing. It probably doesn't, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have the power to do it. Also, Turkish F16s are already using Aselsan Spews II. In addition, with the new Aselsan AESA, which will begin its integration in a year and a half, it will be a major force multiplier. Whether TAI can do this is entirely economic. If such a modernization happens, it will be angry not because we have modernized the US F16, but because we have given Pakistan such competence.
Yes, of course it is possible. Also, it wouldn't be the first time Turkey's upgrading a 3rd party system for Pakistan. Turkey can modernize PK F-16s with new glass cockpit avionics, Turkish mission computer and AESA radars capable of operating next-gen A2A/A2G missiles (Turkish/NATO/Western). That'll bring them to the level of F-16V and they should have no problem dominating Indian Rafales. But we'd much rather have Pakistan join the TF-X program, which would be a strategic move with better yields in the long term. BTW, we're sorry about the T-129 delays. I hope you folks understand that it's America's fvck up, not Turkey's. We'll deliver them with better performing Turkish engines soon. With US permission, could PAF F-16s go through this Turkish upgrade?
