Turkish minorities caught up in the Ukraine whirlwind

Nope mate, why would they attack Turks in their country... Also it's not a threat but fact. We all know how the invasion of Cyprus started.

We won't involve.... even when Syria downed our jet. All our people didn't want a war with Syria.
War is not a joke...
I think Bosnians have special place in our heart. Especially Erdogan in government, he wouldn't let genocide of Bosniaks happen like last time. Also Greeks blocking Turkey would have great repercussion for them. 15-20% of their export is to Turkey.

The Bosnians and the people of Kosovo are very fond of the Turks.

The Albanians differ from person to person. Some of the strangest I have ever seen are those that frequent far right Nazi sites and declare themselves pro-white nationalists. :what:

Time to re-shape the continent. Russia is expanding (Crimea, Ukraine...next stop will be Moldova). Belarus is already a vassal. Think strategically, if Turkey expands in the Balkans that will stop the Russian land grab as the last thing they would want is to deal with enemy in the East (EU) and South (Turks). Doctrine of " Balance of power" would ensure neither Russia nor EU will go to an open war. It will be win-win for all three parties (Russia, EU and Turkey). Russian land grab will stop, Turkey would increase it's territory and for EU, it will kill two birds with one stone. No further encroachment from Russia and no need to accept Turkey in EU (obviously if Turkey expands, EU outwardly would demand Turkey withdraw it's candidacy from EU).

"Great minds conceive ideas"---Forgot who quoted it !

You are right. I would argue, Turkish expansion will stop the Russian land grab. Europe by and large always supported the ottomans or at least stayed neutral(to large extent) in their war against Russians.

LOL. You obviously don't know a shit about war, or international politics and relations. Yes Turkish army is way more powerful than ours, but if you think that you are powerful enough to just walk through Greece, Macedonia and Serbia, than you are clearly delusional.

Secondly EU is not even accepting Turkey as a member, and you think they would allow to your country to expand over Balkan. Western countries don't need Turkey to control the Balkans, they are already controlling all the Balkan countries one way or another.

All the Balkan countries should just pick up all the warmongers among ourselves, take you to some field give you rifles, and let you kill each others to your heart content. And in the meantime you can just let the rest of us to live our lives in peace.

In my experience most of the fools that wish to resolve something with war, never saw what a real war looks like, and what it brings. Or they did, but they don't plan to participate on the first line, expecting from someone else to die and do the dirty work.

Exactly, they know it from films and video games. :)

How did this Thread go to conquering the Balkan??????

You don't know a shit about war or international power play either. Only a fool makes contradictory statements without providing an alternative solution. What do you think Russians are doing in Ukraine & Caucasus ? Putin definitely is more shrewd than a key board smart pant ! Haven't seen any idea from anyone how to respond if Russia annexes Eastern Ukraine & parts of Moldova.

Think out of the box how to stop the land grab.

I can clearly see now that you are obviously some kind of an expert, concerning this topic. Now is totally clear that only way to stop Russia, is Turkey attacking Greece, Macedonia and Serbia.

Just for a second lets look at some stupid facts:

On one side we have Turkey, member of the NATO, and candidate for the EU membership.

On the other side we have Greece, which is also member of the NATO, and member of the EU. Then we have Macedonia, which will become member of the NATO as soon as they solve the name problem with the Greeks, and they are also candidate for the EU. Finally we have Serbia also EU candidate.

It is clear now that war between these countries would stop the Putin. War inside NATO, would clearly give him some worries. He would probably think, if they are stupid enough to wage war between themselves, who knows what else they are ready to do.

Nice thinking outside the box .

Turkey attacking Greece, sure that could happen, very unlikely but plausible. Macedonia and Serbia? What have you been smoking?

Nobody is going to attack Serbia or Geece out of the blue. We would need some justification to do that.

I was just responding to a guy thinking that attacking us for no apparent reason, would somehow stop Putin and Russia. Not to mention that in the recent years at least Serbia and Macedonia are developing friendly relations with Turkey.

Turkey and Serbia had some turbulent past, but that is long gone. And today i can't see what justification for a war, can Serbia give to a Turkey. We dont even share a border, and as far as i know we don't have any unresolved issues with your country.
