Turkish Industry, Science and Technology

The government, which you said did not support, demanded an investment of 3.5 billion euros from the men who entered this business. Do you realize exactly what you're dealing with?

I thougt the investment of $ 3.5 billion will made by turkish government.

No, investment would be shared by businessmen in the form of 500 million euros. Government doesn't pay. However, the state performs tax incentives, premium support land allocation. Perhaps there is a possibility of transferring technology through Tübitak. But that's all

Unlike Togg, we had 100% indigenous electric car EVT-S1 designed/develepod by Turkish engineers at Hacettepe 4 years ago but the government did not support it for some reason..
141 HP
1050 Kg
Max speed limited to 180 km/h

turkish ppl do many things and build many things but its our leaders for many many decades who are not interested

Development of Next Generation Protective Textile Technology Against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents (Lattice)
Development of Energetic Materials by Cocrystallization Method (Cocrystalline)
Microbolometer Infrared Detector Kit Development (Microbolometer)
Contracts of their projects will be signed.

In these projects, the contractor model was established based on the cooperation of SME-Industry-University and 21 contractors or sub-contractors, mainly our universities, institutes and SMEs, were included.

Within the scope of ALUMINA Project, domestic and national Alumina powder will be developed for ballistic requirements equivalent to Alumina powders which are currently supplied from abroad in order to eliminate the dependence of our country on foreign countries to a great extent. Again in order to eliminate the dependence on abroad, the KARTAL project aims to develop glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced prepreg and slit tape materials that are impregnated with epoxy resins subject to export license.

On the other hand, the development of the aluminum block casting and manufacturing processes of TEI-PD170 piston engine used in unmanned aerial vehicles with ASLAN Project has been cured at 120 ° C reinforced with nano additives providing improved weight, toughness and impact resistance properties of the material it is integrated within the ATLAS Project. Within the scope of the BORKAR Project, it is aimed to develop process conditions for the production of low density, cost effective and high ballistic performance Boron Carbide - Silicon Carbide composite armors for use in armor applications.

By integrating the methods to be developed within the scope of the GENIUS Project to the simulators, the creation of the infrastructure that can provide advantage in the design of next generation human-machine interfaces with the knowledge, experience and technology infrastructure that will enable the development of new generation of user-centered flight simulators based on neurophysiology; Within the scope of HAMLE Project, it is aimed to develop Artificial Intelligence Commander Assistant who can learn war games, play educational role and provide decision support by determining and evaluating movement style.

In addition, with the Vision Project, developing algorithms for the detection, classification and identification of surface sensors from SAR sensors with artificial intelligence; Within the scope of KARAGÖZ Project, it is aimed to provide artificial intelligence supported fire control and autonomous driving capabilities to land vehicles.

KERKES Project is aimed to provide image-supported autonomous navigation capability to UAV Platforms in combat environments where GPS information is not available or where GPS is mixed / deceived; PERGEL Project for high performance algorithms with deep learning methods on open source data will be carried out.

The DATA HOUSING Platform is aimed to obtain the required data sets that are needed for the projects involving artificial intelligence by mass sourcing and it is planned to develop artificial intelligence supported cognitive herd capability for the coordinated task execution of the UAV and İKAs with the ROBOTİM Project. In this direction, Innovative Software Competition - Y³ 2nd Term Project will be realized with the aim of competing today's software in innovative technologies and encouraging the software of the future.

Within the scope of KAFES Project, KBRN Protective Textile, which has superior protection and comfort against chemical and biological warfare agents, is planned to be developed with national facilities by using Metal Organic Cage (MOF) and Membrane technologies. The new generation with high detonation rate and high insensitivity feature with KOKRİSTAL Project. energetic materials are aimed to be brought to our country's Defense Industry and our country is to be the country with the new generation energetic material technologies. Within the scope of Microbolometer Project, 12 micrometer microbolometer type infrared detector kit and subsystems will be developed with national facilities for thermal weapon binoculars and reconnaissance surveillance systems.
