Bozankaya AŞ has sold 22 4-car Metro trains to Thailand which will be used in Bangkok City Green Line subway project.

The front side of the carriage looks a little cheap, they could of done something bit more unique and better design.

Is this production under licance or partnership and tech transfer?
No need for ToT to build this. At least 3 different Turkish firm designed and build Such metro trains. Siemens or Japs( probably Mitsubishi) sells electromechanic parts and Rest is easy in Turkey. And Durma holding was trying Aselsan made electromechanic systems instead of Siemens. So we need to do is buy local trains instead of foreign alternatives.

I love it how they throw away numbers at people like it’s nothing... :D

90$ billion for defense projects, 2$ trillion GDP Nominal by 2023, 500$ billion in exports by 2023, infrastructure projects worth 400$ billion etc... All of them numbers that are comparable to Western Europe and East Asia.
And still people working for 300$ a month wet their pants when listening those fairytales.
