ask any engine builders they will go with cast iron, or extremely expensive composite meterial engine block which I m sure you ever heard about composit meterial use for building an engine.

Aliminium great meterial don't take me wrong, however so much abuse under heat, envormental effects will rise the maintenance cost in long run. The part you don't want to understand is nothing damage aliminium life span is great however when engine expend via heat, effects the gaskets between head s , engine block, headers, intake oil pan etc. which oil leak. Etc.

I personally like to use which what I using on my 426 hemi with 472 cid, cast iron block with aliminium heads great campo for me. I don't want give up the durability of cast iron. Aliminium heads giving me minimum headache, because easy to reach to adjusting my rocker arms via pulling only valve covers after 50 pass on drag race. However if I use aliminium block after 50 pass I have to pull entire engine out re torque every bolt. Other wise oil leak, may couse fire or lose bolt can destroy entire engine. Also Takes to much time for weekend warrior like me. So where is the fun of that.

The first, batch won't have indigenous engine Since It will take 4-6 year to develop such engines. BMC is working on an engine for later batches.

Rheinmetall intends to build a factory in Sakarya for engines and also 130 mm guns; from zero;
to penetrate the NE, African and Asian market. They wanna bypass German Gov. restrictions.
Only rumors you can read in TR forums.
That's possible, cause you can transfer engineers and production machines from every place you want.
Win win.
Except some "nuclear technology" ( centrifuges e.g.)

TEI has several engine projects, but I prefer TEI to explain them.

Also, why Turkey dont have 1-2 specialized engine company and they provide others with that?

Seems like all those Tumosan, BMC, Katmerciler(with hybrid engine) will focus on their own engine and personal carrier products..

Especially Tumosan should join the league, instead they could sell thousands of their engine to those companies put there..

Your criticism is valid but BMC, Katmerciler, Tümosan etc. are private companies. You can't force them to work together if they don't want to.
