Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak blocked the oral fulfillment of contracts with the Turkish company Aselsan regarding the provision of the Ukrainian army with a secure communication system. "Ukraine paid 8 million dollars, and the systems have not been installed yet, because the Israeli company did not supply the necessary equipment to install these communication systems in Ukraine."
