The country is called Türkiye and the population is called Türk and it's flag is called Türk bayrağı.
This is called a fact. If the country's name is Germany the population name is not gonna be Somalian.

But this does not give you the right to stamp the entire population as ONLY Turkish. I would be pissed off if the Dutch government said that I can only name myself Dutch and not turkish Dutch.

Then again I repeat your question has nothing to do with freedom of speech.

A ban on alcohol is also in it's way, no bar/restaurant as close as 600m to a Mosque will be allowed to serve alcohol and we have shittons of mosques which means a defacto alcohol ban. Sharia here we come.
