If they would use HK-16/17 or G36, yes, but not this oldies.

There are just 200 of mpt76s in various units to last user tests. Serial product line is ready and going to begin several months later.

Besides mpt76 is a 7,62 mm rifle. It is not for special forces. You know they allways prefer 5,56 for standart jobs.
