Turkish Air Line Advertisement - Awesome

I´m not a troll. I say my opinion. I prefer our own airlines. I advice anyone, go to the airlines you want. I don´t like this commercial and i don´t think it is meant to cater the european market. If you like it, so be it. I have nothing against it.

I don´t think that turkish airlines problem is a maintenance problem. Its more a problem of pilot errors, which i see critical. Or did you read somewhere that i complained about bad maintenance? I did not. As i said, you are free to fly with them. I personally would not. That doesn´t mean you must get agressive now.

Thanks for the insult. I did think better about you man. I have some pretty good insight into aviation technology for a simple worker though.

No need to get in to argument with you. Turkish Airline awarded "Best Airliner of the Europe" in 2011,2012 and 2013.

Turkish Airlines is named the Best Airline in Europe for third year

Seems like majority of Europeans don't think like you. :p:

Main idea of the commercial is: "İf we don't fly to every city in Turkey, that's no good that if we have flown every city in the world."

Commercial targets Turkish citizens.. by using nationalism.

I didn't suprised to see he was from Germany, while they don't show it much Germans were always patriotic, since Lufthansa's place is threatened by the airlines of a country they belittle they're getting annoyed, I saw it more then once in youtube videos, articles etc. about Turkish Airlines.

Much related with our 3rd Airport project in Istanbul. It's gonna dethrone Frankfurt Airport. :p:

The airport is planned to be the largest airport in the world, with a 150 million passenger annual capacity

THY is considering to buy A380 or 747 for long distance flights but they are not in hurry because Temel Kotil (CEO of THY) said something like ''the current machines are more economical for long distance flights because of geographical location of Istanbul''
The current fleet is young and offers comfortable long distance flights.

There are currently 251 machines operating, 200 ordered and 53 as option.

Besides there are also many 3rd rate airlines with 747 in inventory, its doesnt represent the quality of the Airline at all.

just ignore trolls like @MarkusS . such types will always look down on Turks and anyone not European, so his opinion is already of insignificant value. Turkish (non)military systems and brands will slowly develop and mature, this is just the beginning. A few decades later more and more people will know about Turkish products.

Who invented the phrase selfie? I think THY made it popular :p
The term "selfie" was discussed by photographer Jim Krause in 2005,[9] although photos in the selfie genre predate the widespread use of the term. In the early 2000s, before Facebook became the dominant online social network, self-taken photographs were particularly common on MySpace. However, writer Kate Losse recounts that between 2006 and 2009 (when Facebook became more popular than MySpace), the "MySpace pic" (typically "an amateurish, flash-blinded self-portrait, often taken in front of a bathroom mirror") became an indication of bad taste for users of the newer Facebook social network. Early Facebook portraits, in contrast, were usually well-focused and more formal, taken by others from distance. In 2009 in the image hosting and video hosting website Flickr, Flickr users used 'selfies' to describe seemingly endless self-portraits posted by teenage girls.[10] According to Losse, improvements in design—especially the front-facing camera copied by the iPhone 4 (2010) from Korean and Japanese mobile phones, mobile photo apps such as Instagram, and selfie sites such as ItisMee—led to the resurgence of selfies in the early 2010s.[11]
