As i know we have 9 T-129 currently... Mate btw it's air force... Not land or naval aircrafts...
And about F-16s... I don't know if it's right to put them under training title but...

Flight Global isn't 100% accurate but neither is wikipedia the last word. Cross-check 'em with other sources tooIt can not be.

It makes up 241 F-16's in total though.
You only circled the training-purposed ones, re-take a look at your sources once again.
Edit:And it is I think normal for the number to be lower than 244 now. Syria downed one, a few crashed due to technical reasons, etc..
