I think we have the complete capability to manufacture any type of vehicle in Pakistan, the worst thing because of which we aren't producing is that there are many problems that is posed by Government like 100% lack of infrastructure even in the city like Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. I think if GoP have provided all the needed things that we might have been building all the vehicles on our own and even exporting to some countries as well like BD, Srilanka and others.

And about high speed trains, tech is coming from Koreans. They have founded a company in Turkey caled Eurotem.

The tram looks nice, but with the back end shaped like that I think it's designed to go in circles, nonstop. fitting the back end of the tram as the "head" would make it easier to drive forth and back. The driver could just walk down to the other end and sit down and just drive in the opposit direction from where he came .
