Turkey to Bangladesh: Open your doors to Rohingya Muslims, we'll cover all expenses

Instead of taking refugees we should arm and give other supports to the rohingya so that they can fight and take their rights.

Men should be armed and trained and they can fight
for independence.

Do that, and you will ensure their extinction. And armed by whom? Hmm? Bangladesh? UK? Because that's not going to happen. Like ever...

Allowing refugees along with international support and coordination does not translate to entertaining the Burmese. This is wrong way of thinking. Rather, we should map out that region and know what is really going on there. Who is who.

The only way to beat them it take away the hearts of their generals. War shouldn't happen and is the last option on the table. Though, one can admit that this administration is somewhat passive. It is almost like as if somebody else taking care of Bangladesh's external affairs.

And lastly, be mindful of what you say on the net.

Bombing Myanmar to stone age would knock some sense into them. BD should provide some airfields to Turkey for this effort. Myanmar only strength is its ground forces. Its Air forces and Navy doesn't stand a chance against an opponent like Turkey backed by BD and other Regional Muslim powers.

pakistanis never think before they type :D

your stupid suggestion would be the ideal recipe for india and china 2 step in and attack any turkish jets which enter Burmese airspace since both india and china are closely allied 2 that country

Turkey is talking only to embolden the heart of BD. BD is proving itself a coward, a very sad phenomenon for the PDF keyboard warriors. This unfit Hasina should be dragged out to the street and hanged by the neck from a lamp post for showing no fighting spirit to the Burmese. Burma is doing barbaric things with impunity.

they have no chance against a coalition of dozens of Muslim countries and both and both India and China will not risk their hundreds of billion USD business with them

In my opinion, the only thing that needs to be avoided is creating another Pandora's box. Another Israeli-Palestinian situation must be avoided no matter what.

Tough words will not get one far. Bangladesh lives in an age of conflict. And those conflicts need to be managed. Are we as Bangladeshis doing a good job at managing them? The answer is no.

Myanmar have border disputes with both China and India. Both don't consider Myanmar as an ally.

US brought many Vietnam refugees to US. how different are their cultures, languages, etc? it is better to promise like "let them in, and we will take them from there". I doubt Bangalis like to have them stay forever.

Wrong example. US is land of immigrants, Turkeye is not. Rohingyas are refugees and instead of spending tons of resources sending them temporarily to Turkish refugee camps, it is better to send them in Bangladeshi refugee camps until the situation improves and UN authorize return of refugees to their homeland.

The best thing is to stay away. I don't know why people are blaming Bangladesh govt. We have taken many refugees this time too. Our stance is correct. By saying that we're not taking Rohingyas we are telling Myanmar that you can't simply dump them on us while we infact are taking many for humanitarian reasons. I don't know why govt is being blamed. What people want? A war with Myanmar? Do they think other Muslims countries would fight with us? Do they even care other than making useless statements? Why don't Malaysia, Indonesia put pressure on Myanmar via ASEAN? They don't even willing to go this far yet some people think they'll fight against Myanmar. And what is mighty Pakistan doing? Selling them weapons? What is Saudi doing with all their influence? No one cares about this but all are eager to blame poor Bangladesh.

until the situation improves and UN authorize return of refugees to their homeland.
This will never happen.

Only a QOALITION OF MUSLIM Countries could refrain Myanmar. You dont need to fire bullets, just a joint exercise in the BAY OF BENGAL would work just fine.

The situation over there had been getting worse. How can you say your stance is a correct one? What are you trying to say to the world by such a stance? That you are tough? Would that intimidate Myanmar? You should know that they are a stubborn people.

It is not simply a matter of dumping refugees on 'poor Bangladesh'. Certainly, someone hasn't been playing his part. I don't know about Malaysia or Indonesia, but surely they haven't been playing a part either - I agrees. Either way, it certainly doesn't make one look more patriotic. Either way, they die miserably. But, there are options for Bangladesh in the scenario of taking in refugees.

I personally want these Oti Bangali people of Bangladesh to wear Bangles and Sarree until they become a strong fighter race respected by its neighbors. Burma can do whatever it likes with the Rohingyas only after 1971. Before, the Burmese used to fear PA troops. In one instance, the PA troops (around 1960s) forced the Burmese troops to the other side of Naaf Dariya.

Before that both sides of Naaf were under Burmese sovereignty. Unfortunately, no country respects BD because its leadership is weak, which can be seen when the woman PM of BD went on to offer cooperation with the Burmese troops to annihilate the Rohingya fighters. What a way of appeasing a bullying neighbor!!

We are not a super power. Not an aspiring one either. What happens outside our border should not be our concern. And the stance is about national interest. Its not to send a message to anyone or to intimidate Myanmar.

And we are doing that. Do you want the govt to announce that Rohingyas welcome. So that Myanmar can push them back with more force?

Sorry we are no martial race. Neither BD army is Pak army. What do you want the govt to do? Declare war on Myanmar? Is it worth burning your own house with other's fire?

Sadly they can only offer lip service and blame Bangladesh for not doing enough. Ummah has bros like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan who likes to bomb poor Yemenis and sell weapons to Myanmar.

500k in bd for 30 years now. 15k in Pakistan in the last few years....

Anyways taking them in is not the solution. Persecution will continue regardless. Sanctions, diplomatic pressure else military actions is required to stop Myanmar.

and 2 million illegal Bengalis in Pakistan since 71 war which your govt didn't accepted to take back

Apart from not arming Rohingya, I have no idea what else you are saying here.
