Su 34s are now carrying air to air missiles and they have cover from S 400 but I think after the Turkish shoot down they're mostly flying with fighter escort when bombing close to the Turkish border, saw some footage of Syrian Mig 29s escort Russian Su 25s.

I believe its NATO who did not compliance with their ally call earlier when Turkey shot down a Mig 27 but most of the european country sees the mourning and bad mood over downing a Christian Pilot. "A Russian combat aircraft violated Turkish airspace yesterday, despite repeated warnings by the Turkish authorities," said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Saturday in a statement.

"Previous incidents have shown how dangerous such behavior is," he said.
He called on Russia to act responsibly and to fully respect NATO airspace. Turkey has been a member of the alliance since 1952.
Stoltenberg urged Russia to take all necessary measures to ensure that such violations do not happen again. "I welcome the direct contacts between Ankara and Moscow, and I call for calm and de-escalation," he said

Is it because you believe they are the ones manipulating Russian pilots brain so they fly their fighters into Turkey's airspace?? Lol

Turkey also violated Syrian land, by sending troops / tanks / gunship and also bomb Iraq. Now Russian in the region , Turks forget to fly any plane .

Russia is sending message to TURKS , seize your activity in IRAQ / Syria . Simultaneously , Russia also accused Truks of helping ISISI Oil, indirectly hard from NATO to defended Turks which seen in west helping ISIS.

Some of us or all of us don't have any issue with Turkey. But at the same time we don't have any issue with Russia too. Its their internal decision if they think its right what they are doing.

However its our stand that, provocative attitude is good but provocative diplomacy is harmful what turkey is doing. Russia if violates the airspace they can shoot it but this kind of media reportage of bravado is laughable. Declare when they shoot one with impunity.

So how is it going? Has your super smart strategy achieved the goal of defending Syrian terrorists and ISIS and disturbing Russian operation in Syria? Or the only thing you achieved is a loss of billions of dollars because of economic restrictions and even isolation from Central Asian states where you were trying so hard to gain influence?

Syria's situation is totally different from Turkey's. Syria is in a full blown civil war now for over 5 years where several forreoign powers and fighters are involved, and most of all the international community + P5 powers + UNSC have all passed a resolution calling for foreign intervention in Syria to eliminate the threat of militants/terrorists BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY. So any power who can afford it is free to intervene in Syria today. Hence violation of syria's airspace is invalid/mute.
