helicopter carrier need to build 1 with one of west ( USA , UK , Germany , France , Italy ..) power

Yes I agree Tunisia needs to get new Tanks and APC's as well Fighter Planes like F-16 and F-15 Silent eagle upto 100 at least and also 2 or 3 Light frigates with 2 Submarines with some Missile Boats and also need to get new radars and as soon as possible

F-15 Silent Eagle is impossible because USA will never sell it maybe strike eagle .
