Tuaf destroys Pantsir/BUK/S-300Airdefence

All you Turks and Israelis shitting on S400 for no reason. You guys have shot down a bunch of 1960s old soviet era Systems in the hands of a massively underfunded, depleted and relatively unskilled Syrian army and bragging about it.. Why not fly an F16 to Russia and try shooting down an S400, lets see how far you reach. India and Turkey both chose S400 for good reason and at least in India's case, it was after several years of research. We spent more than 5 years examining the system and decided to chose it, even if it meant US sanctions and virtually being barred out from ever buying F-35.
Pantsir was first taken into service in 2012...

Your right, whole world has seen it and numerous articles are written about ''worlds first large scale drone operation in a conventional warfare'' and how much damage it caused in just a couple days.
Now ofcourse you will try to play it down, call it lies, discredit the evidences but whole world knows another thing which is what kind of pathological liars the Russians are and how cheap and predictable their poropaganda is.

Here are the Pantsir operators, no serious military power except Russia obviously uses it and certainly wont order anymore after the Idlib retaliation.
As said your only chance is to bribe some dictators, this might give you another couple Pantsir sales if you are lucky.

well , Iran is not the Pantsir system operator .... and no one will downplay a close air defence system because was overhelmed ...

Air Defence is a complicated matter , you need a net of reliable network between all diffrent Radar , multiple ring of multiple air defence system with diffrent range and charastics and above that you need fighters and awacs to cover your sky as well ...

and with all of this , you can only reduce the risk of air born strike ...

defending against air born threads are very hard ...

Anti air and Anti submarine warfare are both complicate and systematic.

I can tell you France is closely monitoring the TAF's performances in their recent operations in Syria. Same probably for other NATO countries.
Are you saying this with your professional title or guessing?

Several sources said the French armed forces staffs were closely monitoring (not without interest) the recent Turkish military operations in Syria. It is also said they envied Turkey's drone capabilities, which are currently far superior to France's.

S400 was bought for multiple reasons(military and political in Turkey’s case) it is fact that pantsir s1 was destroyed both in syria and libya so if your excuse is that incompetent syrian personnel were manning pantsir in syria what about libya?? Incompetent uae personnel or incompetent wagner troops???
You are suggesting that Turkey should fly F-16 to russia and shoot down an s400??? You should seriously think twice before writing such nonsense
You bought it because s400 is being marketed by russians and if we look its specs on the paper as the most advanced air defense system although it’s not tested so far against western fighter jets
You can’t link India’s purchase with F-35 because Americans would never give brand new 5th generation stealth aircraft to indians
Maybe they would give F-35 eventually in 2030s/2040s after you become heavy user of american equipment but now it is out of question there was no american F-35 threat to India about S400 that’s a fact

Turkey Mainly bought S400 to spite US for not providing patriots.....only for Turkey to run back to daddy US after Turkey needed patriots....smh. US just watched TUrkey's bratism and waited Turkey out...

Turkey has made some big mistakes- the most obvious is entering a battlefield(Syria) with no full military contingency("what if Russia...") plan in place.

What you know about Turkey’s s400 purchase is very much the same what cnn and other fake news media are spreading to their audience
If you want to know the real reason behind s400 purchase let me know and i will give you extensive reply

@xenon54 Don't expect the Russians anyway to recognize their most modern air defence systems showed poor performances in face of armed drones,or will downplay this fact.

This will severely damage the trust in Russian air defence systems, supposedly the best in the world, especially in countries relying/interested in these air defence systems to reinforce their access denial capabilities.

Reminds me of their ridiculous lies after Ukraine plane downing where they photoshopped Ukrainian SU-30 into those pics or that it was su-25.

Now they claim all footage showing their SAMs destroyed are CGI... absolutely ridiculous.

Using what? F16 or F35? Also you might have struck 12km away from the missile system but how far away did you fire from? Your popeye and nimrod missiles have a range of 50-100km. Indian air force has some of them. If it was F35 firing a long range air to surface missile from 100km away, its possible. Also there are several reports of Syrian army running out of missiles for S400 and S300. This has already happened 3 times before. If that was the case, then it is no big deal.

Doesn't matter where we fired from, 12 kilometers to the left and the S-400 would have been destroyed.

The Syrian army doesn't own an S-400, only Russia does. It owns the S-300, both Russia and Syria never used any of them, so there's absolutely no way they ran out of missiles. When did it happen 3 times already?

Israel made such attacks long before it even had an F-35, from both inside and outside Syria.
