It's not actually asset concealment. It has more to do with not declaring a company that had no asset post 2003-4.

I agree Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan case are very different. It's laughable to compare those.

Imran Khan has not fully satisfied the court it seems. If the law is to be strictly enforced in Pakistan. Imran has little chance.

Well, as a student of law I beg to differ. If law is to be applied. Nothing is going to happen to Imran Khan in this particular case.
The one related to party funding is a bit complex though. PTI could be banned, but that doesn't bar them from registering a party with a new name.

If court disqualify? If court doesn't disqualify Tareen and IK for same thing for which they disqualified Nawaz then whole accountability saga will look like one big joke.

Well can't comment on Tareen but comparing IK with Nawaz is actually a BIG joke. IK won't get disqualified for the same things as Nawaz did, here are the reasons why

1. Never been in power so has never been in a position to loot the taxpayers
2. has not laundered money from Pakistan
3. Doesn't hold any work visas of foreign countries
4. Hasn't been named in any leaks
5. His wealth has not exceptional increased.
6. Has never written off any loans
7. Doesn't own any factories or mills

There were many charges against Sharif family and some are still being investigated but actual disqualification of Nawaz by SC was for concealment of assets and not being sadiq and amin which could apply to Imran as well ..Imran Khan has held public money in the form of funds for for his political party so he was also in position of trust..

Ok even if we consider your scenario, has IK used those funds to build an empire of properties and factories for himself or for his family?
