I am half Hispanic, not Spanish. In fact, if you have to count, I am quarter indigenous American, quarter anglos and half Chinese.

Again, as you did hear my accents, you know I was extensively educated in Chinese and that can only be done with full circular schooling in China and/or Hong Kong. I used to believe in Chinese Government or I will not spend more than 20 years of my life living in China/Hong Kong on and off, and I am probably more "Patriotic" than yours, and once upon my time I have defended the position of mainland China before all the chaos in mid 1990s.

The problem is, I don't see how this is changed from Chinese Government replacing the British Government since turn over. Even today, mainland Chinese does not think Hong Konger is Chinese, why we have two systems? Why we have two identity and why we have two Passport? Not to offend you, but the situation in Hong Kong is not the same as yours in Singapore. We are a legal part of China, yours aren't still we were treated like second class citizens, so what's the different now than say under British rules? The only difference I see if the color of the ruler, that's all.

I see a lot of lies, coverup and indecision leading to I just give up and move to the US, I mean, if I want to be a second class citizens, why not go back to the one where I was born in?

You may not know, but I study Chinese history and culture in Chinese University of Hong Kong before I left, if you are into discussing Chinese poetry, I can give you a call and we can talk hours on end about that, but yeah, call me disillusion, jaded, or whatever you want to call me, that is how I think about the Chinese government.

The reason HK was given autonomy was because of the handover agreement, after 50 years, when the economic condition of China reaches HK level, it will be open borders and full Chinese control. I doubt the PRC recognizes you as Chinese once the take over is complete. You are only accepted as CHinese if your father was Chinese with a Chinese surname. Forgive me, I don't want to sound racists, but you do not qualify as Chinese legally.
If you are full blooded Chinese, you will want your nation as a united one.

I laughed at the idea of Hong Kong should be independent, those were nothing but a farce. What should we become if and when Hong Kong goes independent?

And I am not talking about the basic right and the agreement, I am talking about the general attitude of Chinese government, not sure if you know, but the thing is that they dump their shit on us like when the British dump their shit on us, that's pissed me off. As I said, if I were to become a second class citizen, I would rather go some place I can do that with peace. I mean, if I were to look down upon by the same people that look like you (may not be me) why would I stay then?

And I am actually Chinese legally in term of Chinese Government, I have Hokou in China, my mum bribe the local registra (which is her brother in law) and putting me, my brother and sister's name in the book, and I really do have a house and factory in Dongguan. Believe it or not.

Well, for all the PRC's deficiencies, this is the best government we can ever have, at least for the near future. There are shortcomings, mistakes and alot of problems, but it does deliver the results. Is China heaven? No. But for once, I see hope to be a true superpower. Chinese law don't recognize foreign fathers, that's as per the regulations. Doesn't matter, this is an open forum and I have the right to disagree with statements made by anybody.

Most government official don't care in the 80s, and as long as you gave them a sum of money (not sure how much my mother gave them) they can put your entire family on it.
