Lets point out the reasons US don't want to sell turky the F-35.

1. First of all it is not about turkey it is about Erdogan. In the last few years he has shifted more and more towards Islamization of turkey and at the same time drew moe and more back from democracy. Add to it his caprizic nature and openly taking a stand against most of american clear interests in syria , iran , egypt ,israel and other places.

2. Americans are not going to sell their top secret airplane - whose main advantage is stealth to someone threatening to buy russian air defences.

Russian air defences mean Russians working with turks and in constant contact to see if their systems are performing . Erdogan must have been crazy if he thought that the Americans would allow their f-35 to waltz in front of them.

Nothing special about F-35. F-35 costs less than Su-35. Su-35 costs more than 100 million and also has RAM. Americans are delusional if they think only they have RAM. The sanctions arent even about the pastor to start with, US was threatening with sanctions prior to Brunson case, before that it was S-400, if it wasnt S-400 it would be something else.
The problem is Turkey not complying to US Plans in Syria, their proxy wont survive without expensive us support as long as Turkey doesnt want it.
Everything else is just an excuse and brunson is being put in front to gain sympathy from religious Trump supporters, but why am i telling you this you know it already.
