Islam in it's original form was iconoclastic religion (Deen), it neither had any speicific colour nor signs, symbols or any kind of identification tags.

And the characters only have one logical Janam-

janam was famous 10 years ago .. now they like reality shows and comedy shows. the same rona dhona does not gain TRP.
Of course they will watch the drama just because it is Pakistani, for the same way we go to wagah border to see pakistanis.
