Actually I found this interesting grammatical background of "Khari boli" /Urdu and its connection to punjabi language's grammatical features in one of the lecture delivered by indian urdu poet and bollywood famou lyricist "Javed Akhtar" where he explained how Urdu/khari boli is different than true hindi/bihari language of Eastern UP/Bihar.
You still need to learn more.
..... but no one can deny the fact that biharis most have learned this from Pakistani punjabis who are forefathers of every indo-aryan group in India.
