@SHAH820 I can agree that ISI is a good intelligence agency.

But you can't comprehend the level of other agencies like MOSSAD, MI7, KGB (Soviet era), FSB, SVR RF (Russian), SS(Nazi agency) let alone CIA.

These countries have the money to run such an agency.

Of that KGB is the most badass. I can quote the actions taken by all these agencies since a long time.

ISI and others are relatively new players. Although might have done few impressive works. It still needs long way to be on number one.

I like the "We all know what happened". Yeah, soviet union Broke up and we all know why they broke up. It has nothing to do with KGB.

If ISI was all rosy and powerful, why they couldn't prevent the disintegration of Pakistan in 1971 and the large number of terror attacks that happen around Pakistan?

Also, you cannot base the number agents caught as the strength and effectiveness of the agency.

Anyways, I don't think ISI is the top. Rather there is no scale which can weigh the agency. But considering large scale operations, CIA has more strength. And based on sophistication, MOSSAD is the best within it's range.

Historically MI7, KGB, and SS are the best.
