What's new

Today is Sunday, what will you do in the evening?

Yaar the last time I actually punched someone was... well can't even remember. I'm usually in it for the endurance and fitness training.

The punching and jumping around is a lot more motivating than running on the treadmill.

muay thai - asim , you will love it .

the best part is its easy and you just need to practice and keep gettign good , not much technique its all about hard work.

:)

I would just say that in my opinion you should give it a try because Martial Arts is not only about physical fitness and self defence but also about spiritual enlingment...its is a lifestyle...a mindset.

might sound evil but - that(bold part) made me feel so bloody good.

he he he he
but - yousure know how to make your boss think u are working while u are posting :D smat arse....

-x-x-x

best part is get some chikki and peanuts , sit with your friends in evening around the fire , sip a few vodka cocktail and talk loads of bullshut. it makes you forget whole damn day.
hehehe they totally banned internet here. because of data confidentiality issue. but they forgot cell jammers haha

In Bangladesh Friday is the govt holiday, not Sunday.

MMA , but my base is muay thai.

Cool  !

Muay Thai is a hard Martial Art form which relies on striking and clinching techniques....you guys must have a good conditioned body.

What do you do for conditioning?...for those who dont know...conditioning is a process when you get your butt kicked in your Dojo to take the fear of pain out of your mind.

And secondly dude...do you know any good Wing Chun teachers in India?

I've tried out Kick Boxing, Kung fu as well. But nothing gets your heart racing like Boxing.

Usually my fitness club has a lot of classes going on all the time, you can join in at the level you are at. I am trying to increase endurance, I've seen people who are so fit they can go on for straight 5 hour sessions. Lol I've barely gotten my stamina up to the 1 hour mark.

no but did sparring with some , some south african guys are there in siri fort now a days - they come in evening 6 . you can sparr with them.

we start wtih skipping , then running 20 minutes of shadow boxing and punching - this is warm up.

we do basic conditioning with - grappling ( local akhada guys ) and then we do have tear drop bags , long 8 ft bags , one hard bag for knuckle and shin conditioning , we have speed bags ,

then after the class we do neck training with waights hanging and then we sparr and do the abs crunches.

6 days a week 2 hours normally and 2 month before fight we do 2 hour in morning and 2 hour in evening .

In my Dojo we used to get beaten for 40 minutes continously without even a single break.......ab mar khane se dar he nahi lagta..hehe :D

Sparring is good for experience...but dude when you fight for the first time with odds not in ur favour....street fight...it becomes a challenge..but neverthless exciting.

Isn't Sunday a universal Holiday all around the world?
Why Pakistan, S. Arabia and Bangladesh made exemptions?
