BD and Indian govt authoritie must sit together and discuss the issue of the amount of fees to the Indian goods through BD. The fees must be in accordance with the international norm. However, in any case, BD is not considering direct tranit.

Indian goods are to be carried by BD truckers to the other end of the border. Trucking costs must be settled with the trucking companies, but must be guaranted by the GoI.

Considering the mindset of the Baniya Indians, it will be a grave mistake for simple-minded BD people to expect Indians to obey any unwritten understanding of a deal. Anyway, BD govt has not finalized yet if it agrees to a transshipment deal or not. Except for the Tripura power plant machineries, a long-term deal has yet to be signed .

We cant put our truckers life in Danger while most of the bordering areas in Indian sides are infested with terrorist and searatist goons. The best option should be to Indian trucks to unload their sealed container in a quarantine zone inside BD territory where our security and custom officers could inspect those containers properly and then handed over to BD truckers. Also the qurantine area should be well monitored by CC camera and guard dogs so that no Indian Shardarji to get involved with anti social activities or run away in deep inside BD territory.
All should be happy with this arrangement.

Run away deep inside BD territory ? For what ? For reaching Tripura ?

Sardars are one of the richest communities in India. Why would they go from India to hellhole BD ?

India is a regional power that no other countries care or respect. Why do not you prove your point by sending a few divisions inside our country instead of begging for a transit? Even your military wants our troops to contribute to subdue your NE separatist movement. What kind of regional power is then this India?
