Who said the bombs failed, has India in 70 years been able to take Azad Kashmir? Even whilst being 7 times larger in population
Earlier in 2019, 45 Indian troops were blown to pieces
India couldn't even fake a bombing run to throw a bone to it's people telling them revenge had been obtained
Because Pakistani pressure ensured they missed their targets
Pakistani capabilities ensured we were able to militarily respond and hit multiple Indian military targets
Our planning and training ensured in the ensuing air combat Pakistan won the battle by shooting Indian planes out of the sky
To top it all off the Indians were so flustered they shot their own helicopter down killing 6 more Indian military personnel
THAT is planning and capability
And P.S the responsibility of your military is to do what's necessary to protect your country's interests not seek approval from the world, west or anybody else
