Instead of answering 500's Israeli propaganda, it is worth looking at a BBC documentary that shows interviews with British, Arab and Jewish authorities.
Some facts exposed in the documentary: Promises and Betrayals:
- During WW1, the British encouraged Arab tribes to rebel against the Ottomans, promising them a pan-Arab homeland.
- Behind the scenes, the British and French had decided to split up the Middle East between them into small kindgoms.
- Due to faulty intelligence, the British thought the Russian Bolsheviks were largely Jewish. To woo Bolshevik Russia, Britain decided to give Palestine to Jews.
- Following long laid Zionist plans, Jews started migrating to Palestine and buying out land legally and clandestinely.
- Jews were less than 3% of the population of Palestine in 1917 when the British signed the Balfour Declaration calling for a Jewish state in Palestine.
- While the Arabs put blind trust in the British, Jews were organizing all the apparatus of a future state, including police, army and government.
- It was Jews who started terrorism in the Middle East, first against the British civilians (for not migrating Jews fast enough) and then against Arabs.
- The chief of the Haganah himself admitted that they used terrorism against Arabs: "we wanted the Arabs to flee their homes at the slightest rumor that Jews were coming".
- Jews left Arab countries voluntarily for the same reason they left Russia and the West -- to go reclaim the promised land of Abraham.
- Israel is the only country in the world that decides citizenship based on religion. Any Jew anywhere in the world is automatically a citizen. Expelled Muslim and Christian Arabs cannot return to their home in Israel because it would dilute the "Jewish nature" of Israel.
- Elderly Jewish members of Israel's own Knesset have compared Israeli actions to Nazi germany's that they witnessed first-hand.
