let's agree to disagree,actually when I was in US I had many Indian friends and they told me that many Indians including themselves believed that Gandhi was a traitor and collaborator and help British to persecute armed rebellions in India,I dont know much about that history,that's only something Indian friends told me.

The lives of Tibetans is really miserable. They have no land to call their own.

Palestinians don't have a land to call their own either - yet I don't see any Indians criticising Israel for their occupation.
But I guess it's OK to overlook the misery of others as long as Israel has deals to do with India.

Besides, Tibetans may be miserable now, but at least their lives and living conditions are way better than at any time during the rule of the Dalai Lama where they were serfs and didn't have a life to call their own.

Nobody is condoning Israel for some of its actions here, however, having said that a majority of Israelis prefer a two-state solution over any other solution as a means of resolving the conflict
