Thunder In Paris

Sarcasm? You posted f16 block 52 plane with the comment that backseater had JHMS. Now you mixed up dates. I have read some more. That is not even sarcasm. That is plain wrong info. And friends? I am not going into personal relationship. ;) If you want to collect thanks then just ask me. I have no problem clicking a few times on thanks. Even if it wrong info. If that makes you happy, why not.
Nopes, I am not here for the medal table, come to think of it, there isn't any. Now check out this picture and let's see what conclusion the rear seater establishes.

.
you will go to paris jjust to watch the performance or any official visit?

Paris or Turkey either one of those.. . it will be private visit. depending on my schedule and some days off from work.

.
the JHCMS is for both pilots.. allows the gib to target someone if the pilot cant see em.

Thanks for that dear, and this is what my reply was to Silk elsewhere in the forum.

That would be the normal practice but here they are probably testing the system. Some where in the forum is another close up of the same aircraft on the ground, where the back seater is more obvious wearing the JHMCS.

Good find Windjammer , cant wait to get some pics & a clear HD video of the flight display. BTW when does the show start?

Small steps will take Pakistan's Aviation Industry to newer heights gradually. Great success on the JF-17 Project.

following is the website of the show

http://www.paris-air-show.com/en

the General public days are 24 June to 26 June Friday to Sunday.

just like in farnborough, the first four days will be for trade visitors and companies. the website only contains the 2009 list of compaines that participated. but still it will give away a lot of information
ticket price is €13 (or 13 x 1.36= $17.68) thats excluding grand stand. but you dont really need that as you will be mostly looking up in the air and you can walk arround the static display. grand stand is mostly taken by the hardcore fans and professionals taking pictures and making movies.

the site might update itself later on with this year pariticpants. after hearing about Turkey now I am thinking of Going to Turkey instead.. will see which one is less hassle. France is easier for me as I can go from Uk and come back same evening.

Irfan, If I don't end up going to Pakistan or the US, then I'll definitely want to check out PAS, perhaps we can even meet up buddy.

Are you presently in the UK.

yes sir I am currently working in UK (Berkshire) if you are planning to visit then I will book my leave now. We can discuss further via PM as the things progress.

My father was originally a gunner and later on served in air defence so whenever he took me to his battery deployment in the filed I used to notice the PAF radars and their operators. specially during the 80s in the tribal areas I still remember the air conditioned containers with the green radar screen and Siemens machinery. hence my fascination and love for the PAF.

French are jobless due to no contract from PAF
If they had sold us the missiles and avionics for thunder now they would have been eating duck liver , and red wine but , sadly they are in their homes, with no heat in winter and eating a loaf of bread , dunking it porridge

They could have been eating this .. stuff
