I have always seen that desi peoples act weird in such musical concerts and it cost so many lives this time. I think gate was locked because there were guys outside who wanted to go inside. is this entertainment ?

there was no bomb rumour, it was some boys who were let in the hall, they physically misbehaved with girls which caused panic in girls, while the Peon didnot open the gate to let the girls out, maybe having being bribed by the boys...
