Thousands protest government corruption in India

.
Instead of bickering over which govt is better than the other, we should help ourselves in growing our nations.

My country is in utter economic mess. In the world stature it doesn't figure anywhere apart from jehadi attacks etc.

I would rather ask my countrymen and chinese bretherns to help us economically than pitch the armed forces against India. I m sure Indians are in no mood to attack us even remotely.

The reason is simple ... my country is in a jelly state and any further misadventure by any country would only collapse us into another Afghanistan.

Communism ... Democracy ... who gives a !!! ... as long someone provides assistance to rebuild my homeland.

Pakistan and China signed the bilateral FTA several years ago. Today, nearly all goods and services from Pakistan enter China tax free. But the Pakistan still failed to benefit from fast economic growth of china.
China and Pakistan, on investment to development the economy, It's nice to have government to government Cooperation. But the govement only can play limited roles in such issue.
If Pakistan can solve the energy and security issues, I think that time is ripe for private entities to play a bigger role. It may change Pakistan in 10 years if Pakistan succeed to do so.

I'm sorry I said that. I do not have malicious. I think that, If there is no energy and security, It's difficult to find investment.

I think our friendship has a lot more to grow, I hope that we develop strong ties with our Pakistan brothers, in business, socially, culturally and in media as well.

It is indeed a good omen.
protesting against corruption is a sign that it is no longer tolerated. And a better system is coming in.. even the few who are protesting, are effected by corruption some way or the other. No more a government official can ask for "sweeteners"..
There is already the safest village in the world in India.
Safest city?? perhaps?

While some decisions made by Indian government went against Mr.Sam so who knows about Egypt variant!

Better system? I don't think so because second party ever keep attention over public reaction, so hope for something new is not practicable. Meanwhile every revolution is payed and well payed. From which source this payment will draw back? It means....... again CORRUPTION. Immortal combat

India's most critical problem is not corruption.

When a country became rich from the poor, There will be money worship and corruption. Only a sound legal system and a prosperous life can solve this problem.

India's biggest problem is infrastructure and national education and national Health. Without a good infrastructure and qualified workers, It's difficult to economic development.

If no rich, impossible no corruption.

India's most critical problem is not corruption. Always Indians can not grasp the key points.

No dude, corruption is the sole cause behind all the problems.
Many major initiatives has been undertaken by the government during the past couple of years, but no one noticed whether its been implemented or not in the grass-root level. Hence a major part of the money is being consumed by the middle officials.

No. Your wrong here.
India's bigger problem is corruption and dishonest people in the power.

Bad infrastructure is only a result of this corruption. we do not have any shortage of money in India, but that majority of the money that is taken out to be invested on Infrastructure goes to the pockets of dishonest people.

yes a sound legal system is very important, but even more important is having good and honest people in the power.

Its a good omen!! But I feel the masses(aam janata) seem to have no problem in co existing with corrupt leaders. For example, the MP from my city Pune, Mr. Suresh Kalmadi shall still remain a favorite to win the next lok sabha election yet again. His name has been in the news a lot for reasons we all know. Just some days back I was having a discussion with my office peon about this. He says he will still vote for Congress. His argument was, that every poiltician is corrupt, so it does not matter. Then he finally let it out by saying "Congress wale sabse jyada paise baante hain"!!

I just feel that explains a lot. People are themselves corrupt, because they sell their votes for money!! And a corrupt society will always have a super corrupt leader!!

noone is a saint, but when it comes to saving our motherland, we all have to come togather.
the job is not so easy, had it been, it would have already been achieved.

but we have started the movement, and we will not back down now.
miracles do happen.

The problems u are stating are ancillary to the main problem. You see wherever there is retarded growth the reason behind ends up linking to money.

Even for the education and infrastructure u state need money don't they?? And where will u get this money if most of it ends up in Swiss Alps or Cayman Islands?? Its like a vicious circle of

politicians businessmen officials anti societal forces

basically every body with vested interests to keep the black money flow running, who form a nexus or a chain which never stops rotating. If one is about to fall the other three team up and help as they too will be dragged in to the abyss with the one falling. Get my point??

I am not protesting because my country is corrupt, I am protesting because I want a chance to participate in the corruption.
