Yeah I was talking about these same people, how shopping malls in Islamabad ban pindi boys/students unless they are with family. As I said Islamabad is like big housing society with proper security and restrictions. Otherwise it would be like any other city. It will be like Rawalpindi 2 basically. It should only be compared with other housing societies.

Pindi boys come to do awara gardi (poondi), that was the main concern. Plus for main people who are coming to Islamabad mostly from Punjab, Kashmir and KPK for tour, would I guess turn mall into hangout spot instead of shopping.

Other than being properly planned and natural beauty, you won't find pandoos or bahi logs in Islamabad. Even the least expensive sectors like "I" will have decent educated people living there.

When I moved to US, F-8 Houses were 1 to 2 Crore. I remember one builder bought an old home behind my house for 80 lakh, demolished it, rebuild it and put it on sale for 2 Crore.

Those who invested in that area back then got repaid very well. Not even in US you can multiply your money so quick. Most houses in F-8 that were once 1 to 2 are around 15 to 25 crore.
