That "expert " at certain Indian blog by Sengupta guy which every Indian defence enthusiast reads and beleivs is making a big thing out of Pakistan not issuing NOTAM for Babur-3 test.
Legally no country is bound to issue any NOTAMS, it's a service not a legally binding obligation.
A country can choose not to issue NOTAM for a missile test if it is only using IRS own territory and if it is established that the aviation traffic won't be effected. Babur was low, flying, below normal flight altitude of planes and no NOTAM was issued. As simple as that.

The level of Racists and the racist post on this thread is monumental. People cursing and bad mouthing religion and a country has condenced to an orgy. Its all fun and celebration... who cares if you are generalizing an entire nation, religion by your puny outlook.

But you change India to Pakistan & Hindu to Islam or Change Indian customes to Hijab, Beard etc and you see the whole crowd cry differential treatment, segregation and then comes out the religion card.

This is simple my friends... we have some chutia news anchors and highly questionable "experts". Babur is a nice feat. But do you think it is enough... No need for ICBM and SLBM, SLCM with a range of 1500-2000KM is enough for Pakistan

Also note that there is no tug boat in the area from where missile breaks water. Meaning it was launched from a self propelled submarine platform. Pontoons need tugs to tow them and to keep them in position for test launch.
Those tugs are visible in pics of Indian K-15 pontoon launch

The reason they are having such a hard time accepting it is bcuz their Nirbhay has been failing its tests. Had they achieved this capability with Nirbhay before Pakistan, they would've accepted Pakistan's test as legit only after gloating that they did it first.

But since they can't gloat and don't wanna admit that Pakistan is ahead in this, they resort to saying it's fake.

You fool nirbhay or without nirbhay india has submarine launched Cruise missile capabilities before Pakistan india operates Klub series cruise missiles in its Kilo class subs since ages

From their Journalists, politicians, to their call center workers on twitter, it seems the entire Indian nation has totally lost it. At least they aren't brawling in their parliament like after the Pakistani nuclear tests in 1998 after claiming Pakistan should submit to Indian hegemony just three weeks ago

Even it genuine test india plans every thing in advanced by time even if deployed it on chinese S20 subs which are bound come on 2022
